I have a question related to Tier-4 Datacenter design. The TIER-4 concept is to maintain a system level redundancy. my question is

1. Do I need to maintain the system level redundancy for CCTV and security system as well? or it is only applicable for Main data center Server rack area?
2. System-level redundancy. Can I maintain redundancy only in core level or do I need to maintain in access level as well for CCTV and security application?
3. If access level, network switch, redundant is required, then do I need to run two horizontal cables to each camera/ACS in two different routings?

Please help me to clarify the above-mentioned points.

Thanks in advance.
