It does not exist ideal, but appropiate for.

Where it is going to be use:
+Equipment room (hospital, financial, industry.....?)

1st look into the GOVERNACE (SEC, SOX, HIPAA, EU code of conduct......)
2nd Best Practices (ITIL, CoBIT...)
3er Sustaintability (energy efficiency, EPA star programm,....)

Then

a. Sizing (KWh) FULL / half /% /? TI equipment load
b. Space (distance from computing/server room) & floor load resistance
c. Building type (vertical, horizontal, multitenant....)
d. Pathways
e. Generator type (fuel cell, gas, diesel, solar, wind.......)
f. Growth (Day 1,..... DAY "n")

So

UPS & battery technology
ATS technology
Monitoring & control

Hope this help

saludos

At the end of the day you are going to want an Online UPS, and a generator backup, of course on top of the most reliable primary electrical system possible.

Beware the cheaper offline UPS - these devices can cause devices to momentarily lose power, rebooting servers and routers, making for much chaos in a Data Center.

Everything else is going to require more specific information as to your requirements.
