I am staring a poll for such issue, this region has:

*enough energy (renewable energy project as well)
*state´s goverment interest for such investments
*no natural disaster are (NO tornados, floodings)
*no social disturbances
*very good investment climate (mexican silicon valley IBM,HP, flextronics...)
*fair land pricing
*"brainware" available (hugh IT graduate young people)
*excellent communications infrastructure (land,air, telecomm)

can give me your comments

what do you need?
