| Due to the fact that there is no proper payment gateway in BICSI website to accept payment from Asia, I'm unable to register for the course.
Only choice is to email CustomerService. Emailed on 11 Feb, 1st reply on 24 Feb.
Was told to call 1800 number to register or fax in payment details(manually write-in).
Firstly, my telco do not support overseas call to USA 1800. Secondly, I'm paying $745 and have to write my credit card details on a piece of paper to fax in?!
Ask back CustomerService and got a reply (1st March)
Because these courses are online, we do not have a physical form for you to complete and submit. You can write the information on a sheet of paper and fax to us with the payment information. The fax number is 813-971-4311.
I repiled CS, telling her to do up a form for future usage, beneficial for all party. ~no reply after 50hrs~
I'm utter disappointed that this big association don't even have a basic form to provide payment advise. Are we looking at one signup per year? Even a payment gateway like paypal will do wonders. |

Will respond when I have the information available In the mean time, BICSI does have the ability to do bank transfers, if this is acceptable we can accomodate your request.
