| A previous employer had a standard photo release form which each project's manager got the property owner to sign. I can't imagine that it would take a lawyer long to write one for your purposes, and it is always worth avoiding a lawsuit, right?

| There may be customer security concerns in posting those type of pictures. I would first ask customer permission. Better to ask and get written permission than to leave yourself open for a law suit. I have found that many customers have no problem at all. Then there are some customers that have no security issues but absolutely do not want pictures of their site published at all. As fas as security concerns I have found that in most situations if there is a real security concern you would have not been allowed to take a camera in the first place.

| Here's a few comical photos that I received under an email I recently received - under the heading "Annual Contractor Awards".
Sorry for the bathroom urinal photo (Maarja - I could not resist). Please refrain from sipping hot coffee while viewing. Looking for suggestions for ADA compliant retrofits for photos 2, 3 and 4. Good for a few chuckles in light of the economy/stock woes of late. Enjoy. -- Todd

Does anyone take photos of their jobs either for documentation or to discuss them "back at the office"??? If so, do you ever put them up on your websites? I'm curious about posting them and whether permission is sought out and granted to do so. Ever since digital cameras came out, i've been shooting pics of all the jobs I've been on, even before i was asked to photodocument the job(s) for a certain NOC. discuss... ( btw..I'm a photographer :w00t I agree. Photos are used more and more for documentation and there are many reasons to shoot pics of the job. Start now if you haven't already. Here are a couple of shots which are "important parts of the system." Enjoy! Kevin J

| Here's one I just thought you might get a kick out of. Seriously though, sometimes it's good to know (burden of proof) that animals can and will be causes of bad connectivity. Kevin J

| Found this when they local church said our internet service wasn't working on their new addition. Seems they let the electrician do the wiring.

| | Thanks. FYI, that was for ethernet, not phone. Even the church secretary knew that wouldn't work when I pulled it out of the wall. |
