Dear all,

Is it possible to do non-plenum (PVC) cables in plenum areas (raise floor) through conduit. Please provide any documents or links if you have?

This all depends on what codes are enforced in your area. Most areas of the US adopt the NEC which does allow this but you do not say where you are. I say most because I do know of at least one part of the US that requires PLM rated cable for all installations

Check with your local electrical code guys (AHJ).
