Enclave (3/9/2009) Yes the new stamp still has the BICSI logo with your name on it. They already removed the signature area. You can still provide the signature on top of your name.I see why one would need the signature (before) for the stamp, but it comes with your name already on it, why use a signature? My bias is that I work for an engineering company. All of the PE stamps have their name, registration number, and they are required to sign documents. That validates that they were in control of their stamp, and someone did not use it without their knowledge. Doug I agree to that. Its a dual purpose actually, first, the name indicates that he/she is he one who review and passed the design under standard. Second, the signature validates the name in the stamp. Besides its nice to see your name stamped in the engineering drawing. |

| | Does BICSI provide the RCDD stamp or do we need to order it from somewhere? I passed my RCDD last October and finally received my certificate today after multiple requests. |
