Generally I see customers get their DC ISO 27001 certified, but is that not an information security management standard and practices which is based on BS-7799? I've not gone through the 27001 standard but i'm sure there must be lot of us here who come across this standard often. Does this standard/accreditation covers stuff on DC infrastructure like TIA-942? If not is there any other standard by which the DC can be certified and said to be in compliance with TIA-942 ?

Some light comparing TIA-942 with IS-27001 would be highly appreciated.
