In attending a recent BICSI function, a very large British fellow warned the attended group that he would "beast" us if we got out of line.  First, what are the negative consequences of a "beasting" and secondly what kind of response would be proper for a slighlty smaller, yet cocky, American...

Since meeting the same British chap, the voices in my head now speak to me with British accent and I have no idea what they are saying.

Hi guys

A beasting is a british army tradition that goes back a very long time.

Basically if you are getting beasted you are put through hard physical exerrcise until you cannot continue. This is and has been used efficently by the british army for a very long time to illistrate behavior that somone of a higher rank deems inapropriate hope this helps.

p.s. I've expenced a few "beastings" and yes they work!!!!!

Sounds like the same guy who said whilst holding a microphone in the US said that he was looking for a fag

My American wife understands about 90% of what I say.

Kind regards
