Is it legal for and apartment complex and a particular cable TV/internet provider to monopolize the services available within a apartment complex? I currently have ATT UVERSE and have been notified that they will no longer be able to provide me with service at the apartments request. I have had service with the cable provider before and was very displeased with there service not to mention their lack of professionalism in there accounting and customer support and do not want to use their services. any pointers or references to relevant law would be greatly appreciated.
